Do you have any interoperability tools available in market that translates CReo CAD models into an SDF format?

at the iCub department af the Italian Institute of Technology, we are using a complicated setup, composed by the chain of Creo --> Simscape Multibody Link —> simmechanics-to-urdf --> sdformat to convert from Creo Models to SDF files.
