Our next community meeting is coming up in the last Wednesday of July!

This month’s meeting will have two presentations:

Ignition vs Gazebo

Allison Thackston will present a collection of tests comparing Gazebo Classic and Ignition Gazebo. See the Ignition vs Gazebo article.

Ian Chen will tell us all about Ignition Rendering, an abstraction layer that allows plugging in different rendering engines into Gazebo and other projects. Check out some tutorials before the talk!

Is this meeting still happening? The calendar has it at 10am Pacific - but I see that this message says 11am Pacific - so I’m confused

Sorry, maybe not all calendars have been updated. The event has also been moved to 11 am.

Looking at the ROS Events Calendar ROS Events - is there a different one?

Argh I forgot to move that one, I thought it would automatically follow the other. I’ll make sure I do it next time.
