New status page for Open Robotics web sites and services

The Infrastructure project has set up a new status page at which includes status information for Open Robotics services related to Gazebo projects along with ROS, Open-RMF, and other web sites and services that OSRF hosts.

The new status site is currently configured to post updates to the #infra-status channel in the official OSRF Discord server and you can also use this RSS feed to stay on top of updates to the Open Robotics infrastructure.
