Get rid of anaconda in the terminal you’re using for Gazebo. Ideally get rid of it in .bashrc and only activate it when needed.
I don’t see a problem in the screenshot you posted. Maybe Gazebo is downloading assets, for which there is no great GUI and it just takes ages. If you have further problems, please open a question at robotics.stackexchange.com . And be a bit more verbose about what you try, what you expect, and what you get instead.
