About the Virtual Ocean Robotics Challenge category

The Virtual Ocean Robotics Challenge (VORC) is an international, university-level competition designed to broaden student’s exposure to autonomy and maritime robotic technologies. Student teams will operate their vehicle in a Gazebo-based simulation environment built by Open Robotics and Naval Postgraduate School. Students will be tasked to develop innovative solutions to ensure their virtual USV can perform prescribed tasks in this environment.

Hi there, may I know what are the specifications of the CPU/GPU that will be used for running the simulation for the challenge? Thank you!

With high probability the challenge will run on a system with AMD Ryzen 9 3900X and NVidia GeForce RTX 2060.
