Windows 8 and Gazebo

I wonder, is there a way to build the source from Gazebo Harmonic (or maybe Citadel?) on Windows 8? I kind of want to try something wild. Right now, I have M2 and Linux running Gazebo (Harmonic on M2 and Citadel on Linux).

So, I wanted to build from source only.

What immediately comes to your mind on the step? (exclude “its not worth ur time” opinion lol)

I wouldn’t lose time on a long unsupported OS. In my view, chances for success are quite low…
