Packages.osrfoundation.org maintenance on 8th Dec

Hi all:

packages.osrfoundation.org will be down this 2021-12-08T14:00:00Z to perform some maintenance tasks on the system. If everything goes well, it should not take more than a couple of hours. If problems appear, we will update this thread with new information but we will try to minimize the downtime as much as we can.
