Progress updates:
- Infra: Script available to reproduce the Conda Windows environment locally.
- Follow-up on the tool to collect buildfarm statistics.
- Update on the work to use standalone executables.
- ros_gz internal optical frame conversion update. Looking for feedback.
- gz-launch deprecation final tweaks. Completed.

New agenda items:
- Weekly update on the contributor recruiting effort. Good traction!
- Version number removal. New proposal to study during this week with the intention to approve it in the next meeting.
- Proposal to create a robotic benchmarking tool. Ben perseghetti to draft a proposal.
